Visiting Friends and Family

We went to Morganton, NC on Saturday to have lunch with MoMo and Bop, Alice and Jerry, Kenny and Susan, and Jeremy.  Matt, Landen, and I rode with Harding and Trip and Landen loved having a friend in the back seat.  They played and kept each other entertained most of the way there.  Landen and I also just got back from Athens, GA visiting Treece and Liza.  It was so hot that we spent most of our time in the AC taking cute pictures of our kids, but it was a lot of fun.  Landen loves watching and hanging out with the older kids and thinks they are amazing.  Maybe he is admiring their motor and movement skills.

SUMMER FUN!!

So, Landen is now a week away from being 7 months old!!  It's so crazy how fast time flies!  Landen is absolutely nuts!  He is always on the move, he never stops moving.  Squirming, crawling, pulling up on furniture.  He wants to walk sooo bad, he can hardly stand it.  I would not be surprised if he were walking by the end of the summer.  Matt and I are enjoying the extra time we have with him and each other now that we are both out of school.  We are looking forward to going to the lake with the family in a couple of weeks and have enjoyed visiting with friends and family here in Asheville.
